Hikers several kilometres from the palace reported seeing a small starship strafing the palace. Doing large amounts of damage to the exterior and what were once the docking facilities for the Hutts palace. These hikers were unable to alert authorities to the Hutt lords distress in time to prevent any further damage. While authorities are suspecting the possibility of a large scale force of mercenaries with unknown intent, what few survivors from the interior report a different story.

One such survivor, blinded due to equipment failure inside, said he was hired on as security for the Hutt. We were standing guard in the lower chambers, then a, a flash grenade went off next to me. My helmet didn`t compensate for the flash. I heard the other guards dying around me, it was, all over in like a minute. I managed to crawl to an exit and get help before the palace blew.

The guard and other survivors are reluctant to discuss much more of what happened at the palace. First hand accounts do not reflect a large force though. The blind guard also stated: It was almost as if they died one at a time, very quickly, but one at a time. No traces of the Hutt have been found at the scene, as crews are still searching through the wreckage, bound to find more bodies buried in the rubble. Analysis of materials found indicate a very high amount of Nergon-14 was used in the blast. Where it came from, no one really knows.

Guards and several damaged security holo`s indicate a single individual as the perputrator. Reports are sketchy at this point, but traits of the individual so far are: human, male, grey armour. Authorities also speculate the odds this individual was a bounty hunter, if so, chances of an arrest are slim to none.
