Citizens of the Galaxy:
Prince Qel Dar has now revealed his true colors. He never actually intended to unite the Trade companies, he was simply searching for those unloyal to the Sun. Now he has called upon the Black Sun \"navy\", composed of little more than a few CR-90s and some Vipers incapable of hyperspace travel. The Council is not concerned about this development, and neither should be anyone else. The Council will continue to coduct business as usual throughout the galaxy with its many partners. Should the Sun attempt engage in any aggressive acts, such as a blockade or attacking the surface, the Hutt Council will call on its allies in the United Trade Federation, the League of Trade, and the Galactic Empire to purge the Black Sun\'s fleet from our space. Prince Qel underestimates our power, I believe. Also, amy I remind the Sun that anyone who delcares hostilities towards us is delcaring hostilities towards the Empire. Mr. Dar, you cannot have your cake and eat it, too.
About these \'expenses\' for which the Sun is demanding payment: the Council will pay none of them. It is ridiculous that the Hutt Council, doing its duty to the Empire, be expected to reimburse the Black Sun for a criminal\'s legal fees! And doing what you did on Dathomir will not be condoned as a method of gathering income from our planets.
And as to these charges that the Council arrested Ms. Larkin for a bounty, that claim is ridiculously false. We were simply doing our duty to the Empire. But, perhaps if the Sun was so concerned about this bounty, they would not have sent her into Imperial space. Just a thought.
Again, I repeat that business will continue as normal. Our prices have not changed and remain at the folowing:
Firespray - 800k
LY-3000 - 1.2m
